I add 1 stick pack to a glass mug of hot/warm water every morning and sip on it first thing. It really does help me get rid of mucus every day. You can get some with caffeine or without caffeine. I start my day with a little boost with the caffeine ones. If you need to or want to take any in the afternoon or evening use the non-caffeine ones. The flavors are all good!

Not only does Morning Miracle make a tasty refreshing ice water drink, but it really helps with my allergies. My allergies and puffy eyes have been worse this year here in California with all of the rain. This product has kept the allergies in control and I feel a lot better since I’ve been taking it!
